Meet and Greet -- May Edition

Monthly Meet'n'Greet held every third Saturday of the month. Come hang out, meet or catch up with local steampunks. No charge but we encourage you to buy food and drink from the very nice proprietors

there will be things raffled off at this meeting, so hope to get many members out to this event

The event will be held on Sunday May 5th, 2013 at the Holiday Inn in Burlington, Ontario. This year will be triple the size with triple the artists!
Many artists will be returning along with the 501st and Ontario Ghostbusters. Also making a second appearance will be the Dalek to fulfill all our exterminating need.
We are very excited to announce new special guests Troma Entertainment Inc and Fangoria Magazine. These horror and indie film staples are an incredible addition to this years line-up

SHOW UP IN STEAMPUNK ATTIRE and help promote the group, as well come see our very own allen swerling and his great works of art

  • The final line-up this year will feature over 50 unique spaces across the city of Hamilton. Many will offer tours, entertainment, special exhibits, activities, displays and so much more. Sites are juried to ensure a quality visitor experience.

    Doors Open traces its roots to European Heritage Days, or Doors Open Days, with earliest events being held in France (1984), Netherlands (1987), Scotland (1990) and continuing today across the EU. The North American Doors Open concept began in Toronto (2000) was d
    eveloped into an Ontario wide initiative in 2002 and is now active across Canada, United States and South America.
