Meeting cancelled for June -- Father's Day

Just want to let anyone who checks to know that our meeting for June 2016 will be cancelled to allow the families to celebrate Father's day  on their own.  Next week there will be a mini maker's fair and we will have a meeting following that event.

Meet and Greet for June 2015

Sunday, June 28 at 2:00pm - 5:00pm Pheasant Plucker 20 Augusta Street, Hamilton ON Please note:  Due to Father's Day on the 3rd Sunday we have moved the MEET AND GREET to the following Sunday.  Bring yourself, bring a friend, bring something you made to show off.  Wear part or all of your cosplay costume as the weather allows. Show us something old, something new, something steampunk.  Come and gab for a couple of hours with like minded individuals.   As always our facebook page contains the most up to date info so check there for the newest stuff.  I will try to post more often, but when quick changes happen facebook is the place to be.  Steam On!

Meet and Greet for November and December Cancelled

Just a short note to let everyone know that we have cancelled the Meet and Greets for November and December; November due to availability of  some of the members and December due to Christmas and all the busy season.  We will have other Christmas themed events for members to attend in steampunk attire and our regular schedule of Meet and Greets will resume in January.

Coldwater Steampunk Festival

Had a wonderful day at Coldwater Steampunk Festival yesterday.  Beautiful weather, wonderful people.  So much to see and I spent it behind a table.  Luckily there is always next year which promises to be bigger and better.  I will post pictures as soon as I figure out how the new camera works and will boldly steal other photos so you can have a look at the beautiful day we had.

Updates, updates, updates.

Well it is that time of the year to get busy again. Not that anyone hasn't been busy, its just been general life keeping us all active.  But our intrepid leader has booked a number of events for the coming months to get us all out and meeting each other in different settings.  We have been having regular meetings at the Pheasant Plucker, but with the warm weather we are now able to get out and enjoy the outdoors.

• This coming weekend there is the Erland Lee Strawberry Social.
• Con Bravo will be allowing us to make a couple of presentations and have a table to present ourselves to the public. 
• Coldwater Steampunk Festival in August will be a wonderful weekend.
• Hamilton Comicon will be another chance to get out and strut your stuff.
