Join us in celebrating the birthday of Thomas C. Keefer, builder of the 1859 Hamilton Waterworks and a founder of Canada's engineering profession. This year we will be unveiling a copy of a portrait of Mr. Keefer that was painted by the famous Canadian artist, George Fosbery.
